Booking Policies

Minimums

There is a mandatory 2-hour minimum when booking time at Fire Dept Studios.


Payments

In order to confirm a session with us, we require a deposit. If there is no deposit within the agreed upon time, any booking request will be canceled and your time slot will be given to another client. Balance of invoice is due before end of session.


Cancellations

All sessions are considered confirmed and billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed for half the time booked, with a minimum of 4 hours billed. "No show" sessions will be billed for full time booked.


Studio Tours

Studio tours are by appointment only. You must schedule by calling the studio.
